About
Mission
We help founders stop feeling stuck—protect them from drowning in their own brilliance—so they can finally move fast, and build a business that actually works.
Who We Work With
We work with the ones who care too much, think too deeply, and get trapped in the chaos of their own ambition.
We’ve lived that mess. We know how it eats away at your confidence.
Overthinking everything, trying to build something meaningful while second-guessing every move.
We’ve watched good people with real vision fall into loops of rework, hesitation, and burnout.
How We Help
We’re not here to sell design and strategy services.
We are here to bring people back to the truth—their truth—so they can finally lead, build, and create without apology.
Sometimes that means reworking the strategy. Sometimes it means simplifying the offer.
Sometimes it means getting honest—about what’s working, what’s not, and what's actually important.
We are here to help you remember who you are, what you’re building, and why it matters.
What We Don't Do
We’ve seen too many good founders betray their instincts being lured to do it the “right” way. So…
We’re done watching founders burn out being pushed to look “polished” before they feel clear.
We’re done with decks full of buzzwords that mean nothing.
We’re done with positioning statements that sound great in a workshop and fall flat in real life.
We’re done with branding that looks good on Instagram but says nothing true.
We’re done with ten-step frameworks and jargon-heavy consultants who never built anything themselves.
We’re done with marketing stunts dressed up as strategy.
We’re done with overcomplicated websites, empty mantras, and advice that makes you feel more confused than before.
We’re done with the lie that you need to “scale” before you even know what the hell you’re building.
We’re not here for that.
Back Story

Adi Anghel, Founder
I’ve always admired founders—the ones who care deeply and dream big.
Studio Anghel started in 2017 as a design practice.
Over the years, I worked with both early-stage founders and €40M+ companies across tech, construction, and beyond.
What I kept seeing—even at the top—was the same thing: brilliant people stuck in complexity, overthinking, and endless rework.
I saw myself in every one of them—I was living it. I’ve been caught in that same fog myself. Pushing, doubting, trying to get it all right while losing sight of what actually matters.
At some point, design and strategy for their own sake stopped making sense.
Eventually, I stopped trying to solve symptoms and started working on the real issue, which became my mission:
Help founders get unstuck.
Cut through the noise and build the business they were meant to lead—with simplicity, purpose, and conviction.
